Pre-Packed Punched Slot Screen (PPK™)
The PPK™ screen is composed of a base pipe, a layer of packed resin sand and a outer shroud. In comparison with traditional pre-packed screens, PPK™ is safer in operation, more effective in sand control and has a longer service life.
Feature
- Sand control is performed by the combination of packed sand and precision slotted jacket.
- Packing materials are mainly coated resin sands which are cemented and solidified at certain temperatures.
- Convenience for installation. It has the same running mode with common casings and screens, without additional equipment.
